Robinson is a dedicated and talented professional, certified as a Counselor, Recovery Coach, Lawyer and Legal Consultant, with extensive experience in providing support and guidance. Throughout his career, he has worked for various organizations across Jakarta, Java, Bali, and Borneo, refining his skills and becoming well-versed in his field.

Since 2013, Robinson has been actively involved in assisting individuals dealing with legal issues specific to drug use cases through both litigation or non-litigation, individuals who struggling with substance abuse, alcoholism, and mental health disorders. From 2018 to 2021, he held managerial roles in two community-based rehabilitation centers located in Bali and Central Java, where he played a vital role in their operations. Robinson’s commitment to professional and academic development ensures he remains up-to-date with the latest methods and strategies in addressing addiction, alcoholism, and mental health.

Robinson’s counseling approach is characterized by directness, empathy, and firmness. Through this unique combination, he establishes strong connections with his clients, guiding them in understanding and implementing a new way of life necessary for their recovery. He firmly believes that recovery from addiction, alcoholism, and mental health challenges is achievable for anyone seeking help.

My name is Agus Mahardika. I’m graduated bachelor of nurse from 2011 at Udayana University. Starting worked at mental hospital of Bali province since 2013 as a mental care nurse, and then start working special program for inpatient drug abuse rehabilitation from 2015 till now. My job at drug abuse rehabilitation program at Bali Mental Hospital as a manager program, counselor, educator and also nursing care in collaboration with our Psychiatrist.

My style of counseling is direct, assertive, open minded, fun and laugh and focus to the client. My priority is client could accept and understand first that they need to be helped and education about addiction is also important.

My name is Ni Made Supertini. Right now actively working as a nurse since 2006 at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital, approaching and providing direct care to clients has become part of my job both as a nurse and as an addiction counselor and hypnotherapy therapist. In dealing with clients who experience addiction/alcoholism problems and mental disorders, I put forward the principle of dealing with clients according to client needs (tailored made recovery program). She has been practicing yoga since 2010, and is now a yoga instructor at the Mental Hospital and Drug Rehabilitation Center.

Martin is the Australian international representative for the New Hope Bali Rehab team. He provides private and confidential advice on rehab programs in Bali and how New Hope Rehab Bali can offer tailored solutions for groups or individuals seeking rehab. He can facilitate initial inquiries and conference calls with the New Hope Rehab Bali experts.

Adding to the New Hope Rehab Bali team, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the rehab process. He is a good listener, kind hearted and has a great sense of humour along with deep mental health skills.

Martin has enjoyed a 40+ year global career in technology and worked in Europe, North America, Oceania and most countries in the Orient. He has worked in many multicultural and multilingual teams which helps him with cultural sensitivities with people from all walks of life. He is the Director of Clear Strategic IT Partners which is a boutique Technology Management consultancy based in Melbourne Australia.

Over the course of his life Martin has had to overcome his own childhood abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and prescription drug addiction. He is intimately familiar with the struggles people face when dealing with trauma and addictive behaviours, and brings that rich experience and empathy to every client engagement.

Martin has been a patient of Robinson and the New Hope Rehab Bali team, and undertook a 28 day residency program in Bali to successfully overcome his own PTSD and prescription drug addiction issues. Since graduating from the program Martin has become skilled in CBT, Life Coaching, Marriage and Relationship counselling with his wife Cher. He seeks to assist current and prospective clients to become a healthy and happy version of themselves.

When in Bali, Martin volunteers with Robinson and the New Hope Rehab Bali team at the Bangli Mental Hospital and also Kerobokan Prison where he encourages and counsels people struggling with trauma, mental health and addictive issues.

Based in Melbourne Australia, Martin is married to Cher and has four adult children who are all living productive and happy lives. He enjoys motorcycle riding, surfing, swimming, art and watersports, and can relate to people easily from any culture.

Based in Melbourne Australia, Cher is the Director of Hopeworks Community Solutions which operates as a training organisation for people with mental and physical disabilities. She also operates the Cardinia Food Hub which donates fresh food into her local community to feed at-risk and needy families each day.

She carries extensive organisational and practical leadership skills in diverse situations and helps resolve complex personal and relationship issues with her clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the NewHope Rebab Bali team to help transform lives.

When in Bali, Cher volunteers with Robinson and the NewHope Rehab Bali team at the Bangli Mental Hospital and also Kerobokan Prison where she encourages and counsels people struggling with trauma, mental health and addictive issues.

Over the course of her marriage to Martin, she has had to navigate his struggles of childhood abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and prescription drug addiction. She is knowledgeable of the struggles people face when dealing with trauma and addictive behaviours and the impact it has on family members. She brings that rich experience to every client at NewHope Rehab Bali, including extensive CBT training, Marriage and Relationship counselling expertise.

Cher is married to Martin and has four adult children who are all living productive and happy lives. She is an accomplished cook and enjoys hosting, and she relates well to people from all walks of life.
